Waiting for Warmth

poppy-colored flames

grow from an ashen burnt log

flowers are blooming

in a wintery snowfall

warmth and springtime arrive soon

    I love it, Pam. To see the landscape as the ashen remains of the previous warm weather is wonderful. I love the imagery here.
